About Our Client

Our client, a global luxury brand are looking for an immediately available Customer Service Administrator to work for their client on a temporary basis

Job Description

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Make outgoing calls to customers to provide updates/recommendations on new products, offers, availability and promotions to actively encourage sales
  • Provide a professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers/potential customers ensuring queries/complaints are resolved promptly and escalated when appropriate, turning around within 24 hours (next working day) following company procedures.
  • Educate oneself with updated product information, details of promotions and offers.
  • Log product returns and deal with in the necessary manner
  • Assist with general office duties
  • Contact courier companies with delivery queries on behalf of the customer when required processing the relevant paperwork if needed
  • Run necessary reports at the request of the Management team.
  • To co-operate and liaise with colleagues and share knowledge to the benefit of all
  • To challenge departmental processes and seek opportunities to stream line and automate wherever possible.
  • Attend and proactively participate in meetings and training sessions at the request of the company (prior notice will be given).
  • Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies and procedures
  • To carry out other duties as requested by Management from time to time

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will possess:-

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A calm and clear telephone manner
  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
  • NVQ within Customer Care (desirable)

As the role is based in Avonmouth, access to your own vehicle would be extremely advantageous as public transport links are fairly poor. Free parking is available.
