Our client, a reputable retail brand are looking for an immediately available Customer Service Administrator to join their client on an immediately available, temporary basis

Job Description

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Answering calls

  • Making outbound calls to both external & internal customers

  • Order processing
  • Data Input

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will possess:-

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Similar experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • The ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Understanding of MS Office
