Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator will:

  • Provide Customer Service answering and forwarding any queries to the correct personnel.
  • Communicate with customers through telephone and email effectively.
  • Handle and log customer complaints through to resolution.
  • Produce accurate reports in line with customer and departmental requirements.
  • Monitor and update job records.
  • Maintain management systems on a daily basis.
  • Liaise and assist with other departments of the business.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record of successful involvement in Customer Service.
  • Use own initiative.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
