Job Description

The successful Reservations Executive will deliver accurate processing of all reservations received through the call centre.

The daily responsibilities will involve:

  • Processing all reservations received either by telephone or email.
  • To provide prompt confirmation of bookings in compliance with client specific service agreements.
  • To process any changes to reservations accurately.
  • To terminate reservations accurately.
  • To record all amendments made to bookings and ensure the supplier has received them.
  • Maintain a polite and friendly relationship with customers at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Keep abandoned calls and customer wait times to a minimum.
  • To be aware of client specific SLA's/KPI's to ensure expectations and targets are met
  • Produce and manage audit/self-policing reports.
  • Handle adhoc requests from the client, account managers or rental management as and when required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent telephone technique.
  • Exceptional and strong communication skills.
  • Keyboard skills with experience in Excel and Word/General Computer Literacy.
  • Letter writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accuracy.
  • Problem solving.
  • Ability to prioritise/manage time.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to build professional relationships.
