Our client is a successful market-leader looking to a a Customer Relationship Executive to their busy team

Job Description

As Customer Relationship Executive your duties will include:

  • Developing relationships with existing customers through regular, face to face contact
  • Gathering and record existing customer information
  • Keeping the sales team and/or Depot Manager advised of any market opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales of both our current product range and new products to existing customers
  • Seeking new customers
  • Feeding back ideas for new products or services that have potential for enhancing sales
  • To 'show and tell' new products
  • Working with suppliers by prior arrangement
  • Maintaining the integrity of the Company

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Have excellent customer services skills
  • Be able to drive as this is a regional role, which may include occasional nights away

This role roles requires someone with excellent commercial acumen, however is it not a 'sales' role. you need to be able to build new and existing relationships and pass potential sales opportunities back to the relevant depot.
