Job Description

As Customer Insight Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with different customer groups through a variety of methods to understand their customer experience
  • Analyse the different channels that the customer is using to communicate with the organisation
  • Produce a knowledge map of the customer experience and use this to make recommendations on process improvement

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Insight Manager will:

  • Ideally have experience of running a contact centre
  • Have fantastic stakeholder engagement skills
  • Be able to compile reports and recommendations from large pools of information
