Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related queries within agreed authority which have been escalated from either of the teams including difficulties making contact with the customer, access and product issues.
  • Collating information of items that are either being returned or collected as part of the delivery and contacting clients to resolve if required.
  • Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to your line manager
  • Maintain and update statistical and information records for customers including the details and actions taken.
  • Collate and analyse KPI's
  • To provide complaint trend reports and suggest and introduce corrective actions to processes where required for ongoing business improvement.
  • To ensure all policies and procedures relating to customer complaints are followed and adhered to and documented within the branch.
  • Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures and any contractual specification.
  • To liaise at all levels throughout the business including customers, clients and staff.
