Job Description

As Customer Care Executive your duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via live chat
  • Complaint handling
  • Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Booking and confirming customer appointments
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with transport/delivery companies

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously worked in a customer service environment
  • Be able to work on a Monday-Friday shift basis
  • Have own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport

This role can offer a salary + competitive bonus structure. the role works on a Monday to Friday shift basis, with the earliest start being 7am and the latest finish being 7pm
