Our client, is looking for an immediately available Customer Care Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis

Job Description

Duties of the Customer Care Consultant include, but are not limited to:-

  • Providing Customer Service over telephone and email in a professional manner
  • Administrative duties
  • Focusing on resolving customer queries
  • Dealing with clients
  • Logging calls
  • Dealing with queries from Head Office
  • To co-operate and liaise with colleagues
  • You will be part of the customer services team and will adhere to the highest standards of administration and customer service.
  • Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies and procedures
  • To carry out other duties as so requested by Management from time to time

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Care Consultant will possess:-

  • Excellent administration and customer service experience in a similar, fast-paced and customer facing environment
  • Experience meeting high standards through attention to detail and process.
  • A calm telephone manner.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to provide updates/recommendations on new products, offers, availability and promotions to actively encourage sales
