About Our Client

The client is a contractor who are working in conjunction with Oxford Council for a re-cladding and refurbishment programme for residential blocks. The refurbishment is an internal and external remodeling.

This role is key to ensure residents are being communicated with effectively.

Job Description

For the Customer and Community Officer duties will include:

  • Identify specific needs relating to individuals affected by the work and liaise with colleagues to ensure these issues are properly considered during the planning and execution of work
  • report to the site manager
  • Ensure KPIS and information regarding the projects/ contracts are being recorded correctly.
  • Information recording and admin for meetings, new starters, inductions and health and safety records.
  • Arranging community and residential meetings

The main aim of teh role is that you play an active role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Customer and Community Officer must able to work on site in Oxford
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You may have previous experience as a resident liaison officer (RLO), tenant liaison officer or social for a housing association and a resident involvement officer
  • Must have a full UK valid driving licence
  • CSCS Card
  • ideally held similar previous role in a construction environment
