Job Description

The duties of this role will consist of:

  • Providing all customers with a high level of consistent professionalism creating and maintaining a strong relationships with a wide variety of customers, with effective management of query and complaint resolutions while adhering to the business policies and procedures.
  • Key focus on hitting and exceeding targets, by setting priorities to meet both short and long term goals.
  • Actively manage customer accounts with a proactive approach, setting customer expectations, regularly updating customers and building a strong relationship with internal teams ensured customer requirements and progression of queries and complaints were met and exceeded.
  • Readily available to clients to answer and progress any questions with the intention to minimise any future questions through listening and understanding the customers concerns to ensure the correct first actions are taken.
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues and external parties to ensure progression, and resolution of client queries. In addition to this, I take pride in building strong relationships with internal teams that have benefited the team that I work within.

The Successful Applicant

As the Customer Accounts and Relationship Manager it goes without saying you should possess strong verbal reasoning and communication skills as you will be expected to deal with clients but also the wider business as you get the cases process to a high standard.You ideally will have a experience working in the same environment.

What's on Offer

As the Customer Accounts and Relationship Manager you will be employed on a 6 weeks temporary basis with the view of going permanent after the initial 6 weeks times frame. Competitive hourly rate and competitive salary offered.
