About Our Client

Our client is a leading technology and services organisation with offices based in central Harrogate

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this role would include:

Managing inbound and outbound calls with clients and customers offering support and addressing any concerns regarding customer service. Processing applications from clients matching to lending criteria and guidelines, as well as validating customer details necessary for paperwork. Analysis of customer agreements, processing customer payments in addition to ad hoc administration.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previously worked in a similar customer service/call centre role
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previously worked in financial services/consumer credit
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • The ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

Permanent Job Offer, paying up to £18,000 depending on experience, hours are 37.5 hours a week on shift pattern basis, central Harrogate location
