Job Description

The Role of the CRM Marketing Manager provides the following responsibilities :

  • Structuring the CRM platform ensuring peak performance throughout the organization .
  • Analysing datas , verifying the correctness and intuiting problems by proposing and implementing the right solutions .
  • Handling procedures and tools to improve the knowledge of the customer and its behavior.
  • Designing and developing CRM strategies across the company in order to ensure the most effective approach to customers.
  • Analyzing the database and studing effective customer-segmentations in order to structure targeted marketing activities.
  • Defining predictive models on customers behavior and formulate KPI drivers.
  • Monitoring strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.

The Successful Applicant

The CRM Manager we are looking for, is not an IT technician , but a professional marketing analyst who can analyze the datas critically and know how to organize them proactively.


  • Degree in economics/staistics
  • Experience in the role of CRM Manager for 3/5 years
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software for analysis and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of English

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in structured contexts
  • A strong quantitative approach and excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy in the management of assets and predisposition to teamwork
