Job Description

Duties include

  • Full credit control payment chasing
  • Resolution of invoice queries, liaising with the service team
  • Credit note issue and allocation
  • Credit & Debit card payment processing
  • Preparation of court letters for overdue balances
  • Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
  • Sales ledger account reconciliations
  • Update and maintain customer account contact details
  • Other duties as required by the company directors

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to get results whilst building relationships with key contract customers
  • Ability to work with and manage approximately 700 customers per month
  • Well organised, focused and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and be a self-starter
  • Sage 50 accounts experience
  • General accounts office background
  • Due to the location, car ownership is a must and parking is off site in an adjacent residential area.
  • Would suit someone who lives between Sevenoaks and Bromley / Orpington.
