About Our Client

Our client is a well established company with sites across the UK. The office in Macclesfield are looking for a highly experienced and capable Credit Controller who can take full ownership of a section of the aged ledger.

Job Description

The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • In full control of the company aged debt ledger.
  • Chasing payments via telephone and e-mail, logging all calls.
  • Account and statement reconciliations.
  • in depth account reconciliations as needed.
  • Resolving queries on accounts, logging all calls.
  • Updating and maintaining all accounts on Sage Line 50.
  • Issuing statements, final demands etc.
  • Raising manual invoices on sage as required
  • Some Key account management.
  • Offering an excellent level of customer care at all times.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Credit Controller will have experience of managing their own ledger and time. They will be happy working to company deadlines and targets within company guidelines. An excellent level of customer service Will be required and a confident telephone manner.
