About Our Client

A national organisation based in Wiltshire looking for a Credit Controller to join the Credit function.

Job Description

  • a high volume ledger of customers

  • Advising and supporting other Credit Controllers

  • Daily allocation of receipts on your accounts.

  • Maintaining customer files and credit limits

  • Producing timely reports and debtor information

  • Attending debt conference calls

  • Providing financial information

  • Monitoring queries for timely resolution

  • Identifying problem situations, and escalating recovery action where appropriate

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Provide cover for absence, including bank download and receipt identification.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally previous Credit Control experience within a commercial high volume credit control environment.

  • You will be a well-organised individual, capable of working on your own initiative and able to work to deadlines.

  • You must have strong PC skills and possess good communication skills

  • You will have a professional, courteous manner and be able to resolve queries quickly and accurately.

  • You will be flexible, have positive outlook and the desire to continually improve.

  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
