About Our Client

Our client are urgently looking for a Credit Controller to join them on a contract basis with a view of becoming a permanent position.

Job Description

Your key duties for this Credit Control position will include;

  • Proactively progressing and resolving queries or disputes
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key business contacts to understand their client base and working practices
  • Accurately record collection activity in relevant system/s, in a clear and concise manner to assist with business updates and reporting
  • Effectively interact with different team members to agree appropriate approach to client query / dispute resolution
  • Contribute to collection targets and other KPI's both individually and for the team
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple offices across the UK, with the possibility of overnight stays

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role you will have previous Credit Control experience. Have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels and challenge as appropriate as well as the ability to work well within a team environment. Confidence in delivering key messages to a wide audience through presentations. Have a positive and professional "can do" attitude with the ability to prioritise workload and work off own initiative. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
