About Our Client

My client is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth, and as such have created this Credit Control role to help with the expansion.

Job Description

  • Responsible for looking after your own section of the ledger
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure payment terms are met.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Process bank transactions, reconcile accounts and maintain all account filing.
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Carry out monthly direct debit runs
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage their workload due to a high number of accounts.
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone and e-mail
  • Show an awareness of others roles responsibilities and requirements and work well with other departments.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work
  • Be a good multi-tasker and when required focus on key tasks at detailed level

What's on Offer

My client is prepared to offer a salary ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 for the right candidate, in addition to long term prospects of development and growth as the business continues to expand.
