Job Description

As the Credit Control and Sales Ledger Clerk you will be reporting into the Finance Director.

Duties will include, dealing with all aspects of Credit Control and Sales Ledger, printing off the bank statements for each company and allocating the payments you have received to the correct accounts, create daily batches of invoices to send out to the Hire Managers who check that the invoices have the correct charge rates on them and the correct hire dates too and enter all of the details of the invoice and submit them.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

- Be immediately available - Essential

- Have strong MS Excel - Essential

- Have held a Credit Control or Sales Ledger Clerk position previously - Essential

- Have processed high numbers of invoices and reconciliations - Essential

- Have a strong background within Finance - Desirable
