Job Description

Starting with a clean slate this role requires you to centralise and set up the credit control department for this fast moving and very succesful business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience of a transformation project, from inception to successful roll out
  • Experience in creating and managing against a formal credit policy
  • Ideally CICM studier or qualified
  • International experience; able to give examples of how the approach to debt collection needs to differ according to different cultures
  • Collaborative working style with internal stakeholders (eg Sales Managers, Project Managers, Agents, etc)
  • Adapt cash collections style from collection and management of thousands of accounts to hundreds of accounts which have different issues, volumes, customer base
  • Ability to demonstrate team working to achieve goals - this is crucial for the type of customers we have and the approach we will take to drive debt collection i.e. more cross functional working required
  • A driven with high energy; we need someone to come in, make an assessment of what's needed, agree the approach with the business and Finance and then get on building the blocks to execute it
