About Our Client

Our client are looking to run an aged debt and reconciliations project for their 120 day plus debt.

The account is mainly made up of NHS debt, so candidates who have dealt with the NHS will be considered.

There is currently £1million outstanding on the NHS ledger.

Our client are specifically looking for someone who can analyse the ledger and understand why the debt is still outstanding

Job Description

This role, Credit Control Analyst (Temporary), involves:

  • Working on a temporary basis - ongoing role
  • Looking at the ledger, analysing why the debt is still outstanding
  • Alot of the debt is still outstanding due to incorrect cash allocations
  • Investigating incorrectly allocated cash
  • Follow the trail of where the cash has been
  • Justifying the re-allocation
  • Re-open misallocated items
  • Sending out new statements to clients to explain the situation
  • Cash allocation
  • Data cleansing on the aged debt
  • Chasing clients for new payments if it is discovered that they've paid the wrong amount on an invoice
  • Debt recovering
  • Dealing with court cases and referring cases to legal when required
  • Based in the City of London
  • Accountancy Sector

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are looking for must

1. Be immediately available

2. Can start on Monday without an interview

3. Can deal with aged debt and analyse it - be able to look at what cash has been mis-allocated

4. Can commute to the City of London

What's on Offer

This role, Credit Control Analyst (Temporary), will be paid on an hourly rate and it will start next week.

It is an ongoing assignment for a debt project.
