About Our Client

My client is leading drinks wholesaler based in south east London and they are looking to recruit an immediately available Credit Administrator / Sales Ledger Assistant.

Job Description

  • Answer emails from the administration inbox
  • raise invoices for specific clients
  • Email copy invoices / credit notes /statement requests on a daily basis
  • Post all statements and email statements at the end of month
  • Download aged debt reports
  • Help to chase late debtors assigned by the Credit Manager either by phone or email
  • Reconciliations
  • Update aged debt spreadsheets and liaise with managers
  • Cash posting

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the Credit Administrator role you will need to have previous experience of processing sales ledger invoices, dealing with queries, cash allocations, reconciliations and credit control. You will supporting a Credit Manager so you will be flexible in approach.

What's on Offer

The role will be available for at least 2 months over summer to cover holidays and a busy period.
