A large, global organisation based in New Malden.

Job Description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for the servicing teams and Online customers as required

  • Monitor queries and action within the SLA

  • Provide support and assist the Online Implementation Managers with existing implementations

  • Provide support to the Training and teams to ensure that they are training the right aspects

  • Service Level Agreement measurements - ensuring these are met

  • Internal and External feedback

  • Create new system access log ons

  • Amending user log ons and permissions

  • Share knowledge and trends to the other team members and other Corporate Solutions teams to proactively avoid future challenges

  • Strategic planning with other Corporate Solutions teams regarding the business needs and implementation processes

  • Regular communication with the Corporate teams

  • Building rapport with clients and teams to better understand their needs

  • Awareness of user adoption, budgets and cost-saving measures

  • Daily catch ups with the Team

  • Regular meetings to participate in with the Team to update the Business Plan

  • Quarterly Updates to the Corporate teams

Key Competencies

  • Meeting monthly targets through SLA

  • Co-ordinate several responsibilities competently

  • Knowledge of a variety of methods and solutions to actively help and support users as quickly and efficiently as possible

  • Naturally perceptive and a good judge of character with a good understanding of requirements and learning styles

  • Desire to develop staff and customers on the various tools. Understand the needs of the business and tailor advise/training to achieve business goals in an effective and productive manner.

  • Must respect individuals in the corporate team and work as part of that team.

The Successful Applicant

Candidates who have a similar background or experience within a Travel Management company would be preferred. Ideally candidates will have used systems within the Travel Industry
