Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a corporate Receptionist/Secretary to work for a growing Investment Bank based in the heart of the City of London. The Receptionist/Secretary will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering calls, booking meeting rooms, meeting guests and ordering subscriptions. The Receptionist/Secretary will also be responsible for providing secretarial support for the business, booking travel, arranging entertainment, expenses claims, producing documents and providing support to the procurement team producing reports. The Receptionist/Secretary will all so be responsible for maintaining office stationary and kitchen supplies and work closely with office suppliers. This is a varied and interesting role and the Receptionist/Secretary will be an integral part of the office team.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this City of London based temp to perm Receptionist/Secretary will be immediately available or on a weeks notice or less. The Receptionist/Secretary will have previously done a similar role within a corporate environment ideally within Financial Services. You will have excellent communication skills, able to priorities your time and work under pressure with a professional and proactive approach.
