About Our Client

Our client is an international Oil and Gas company, providing a progressive and team oriented corporate environment.

Job Description

As the Corporate Receptionist you will carry out a number of duties including the following:

  • Cover a busy switchboard
  • Work closely with the other Receptionist in keeping the Reception area extremely presentable and clean
  • Meeting and greeting all clients/visitors
  • Provide additional facilities support
  • Organising and overseeing 5 meeting rooms
  • Support the EA to CEO with administrative duties during busy times

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Corporate Receptionist will have/be the following:

  • A background which required offering 5* customer service at all times
  • A background within a Corporate environment, liaising with VIP/Board Level executives
  • The ability to liaise at all levels
  • A huge work ethic; the willingness to go beyond what is expected at all times
  • A team player
  • Well presented, communicate and present yourself in a professional manner at all times
