Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Welcoming visitors and ensuring all calls are answered in a friendly and professional manner
* Ensuring the reception area is neat and tidy at all times
* Preparing meeting rooms with refreshments, organising and setting out lunches and clearing rooms as required
* Maintaining the presentation of the meeting rooms
* Collecting & distributing mail
* Organising outgoing mail and couriers
* Allocating work stations and access passes to staff from various offices / overseas travellers
* Perform administrative duties including raising purchase orders, invoices, vendor forms, dealing with correspondence, ordering business cards, updating telephone lists and management contacts
* Maintaining paper supply to photocopier and fax machines, ordering of stationery
* Stock maintenance and monitoring on a weekly basis, and maintaining stock cupboard in an orderly manner
* Dealing with building contractors when office manager is unavailable
* Ensuring the kitchen is neat and tidy, including loading the dishwasher, and that there are good stock levels at all times
* Maintenance of coffee machines and restocking of towels
* Archiving documents offsite upon request

CEO Office:
* Input of business cards (contact list) on Outlook, Filing of business cards
* Inputs into the gifts and entertainment register
* Shredding and ad-hoc requests

The Successful Applicant

As the first point of contact, both in person and on the telephone, the receptionist is the face and voice of the company and as such is expected to be professionally presented and display a gracious self-confidence.
* Excellent customer facing skills
* Well-spoken, with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Tactful, helpful and adaptable
* Excellent time-keeping
* Knowledge of front of house reception with excellent attention to detail

What's on Offer

Permanent full time role, 9am to 6pm, with one hour for lunch.
