About Our Client

An established technology company is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to work as part of the business in drafting, negotiating and managing contractual documents.

The role will support customer contracts and sales teams across the EMEA region and will take charge of all aspects of the contracting process from generation and negotiation to signatures and database storage.

Job Description

Legal Support

    • Draft, negotiate and manage contractual documents with customers
    • Review, negotiate and approve documents to ensure protection of the company's adherence to company policy
    • Manage drafting and approval process cycle times within pre-defined target range for standard contracts
    • Negotiate contract legal terms and conditions
    • Ensure control systems are in place to ensure proper approvals and authorization requirements are met
    • Maintain easy access to contract documents for all stakeholders
    • Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
    • Develop processes for effective contract handling that support customer excellence
    • Negotiate large, complex customer contracts & arrangements
    • Support and lead the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, approval processes, as well as training on such topics
  • Oversee subsidiary maintenance, and assist in corporate compliance and regulation activities
  • Work closely with, and establish working relationships with, sales operations, and finance teams

Sales Operations Support

  • Support existing sales order/contract processes
  • Assist Sales/Sales Support in articulating and obtaining approvals for contract changes
  • Create, update and maintain the sales order/contract process documents for products
  • Train Sales/Sales Support organization on proper drafting of form agreements
  • Should be able to report on timeliness of contract requests
  • Quality repository of order/contract documents must be maintained
  • Ensure proper controls are exercised in Sales Order/Contract Administration
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the CRM system, contract database and other related systems
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this Contracts Administrator position will have experience in drafting and negotiating customer contracts and have experience working in a commercial organisation. Preference will be given to candidates who also have IP and IT licensing knowledge.
