Job Description

As a Soft Services Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Total responsibility for the service delivery of facilities management on all sites
  • To be the main point of contact and escalation for all issues relating to cleaning and M&E.
  • Manage time and attendance of the facilities team and anomalies
  • Take responsibility for site budgets and monthly reporting to the Client Manage the staff as required and ensure the on-site team has the correct skill set to perform their role Monitor and coordinate engineer and sub contractor visits to site, ensuring appropriate notice is provided in advance
  • Liaise with key Client personnel inc Secretarial Managers, Health & Safety Manager, IT Manager etc Performance Management of sub contractors Ensure consistent and high level service delivery across their sites.
  • Work closely with the Service Provider and client team reporting on progress and developments Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required Ensure Customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered Ensure H&S guidelines and regulations are followed at all times Monitor, record and investigate accidents and near misses.
  • Work closely with the National Account Manager to ensure a consistent level of service delivery across the estate.
  • Working closely with the on site teams ensure all aspects of targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and in a safe manner.
  • Meet regularly with site teams to ensure a combined approach in delivering the services to our client. Ensure Operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on their managed site.
  • Deal with reactive situations and manage Incident Reports as necessary Ensure all Helpdesk calls are managed to conclusion To manage, daily, weekly and monthly cleaning audits on site using Go Canvas To provide first line resolution in relation to facilities queries and problems Any duties/requests from the Clients Contract Manager as required to meet the needs of the business

The Successful Applicant

Candidates must have experience in a similar role within a corporate office environment.
