I am delighted to be supporting a well-known and respected UK Brand in their search to find an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for their site in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making recommendations for changes that will improve their production and overall business process and how they deliver their product and contribute to achieving the business vision and the ultimate goals of a "world class" company.

Job Description

The successful Continuous Improvement Leader will possess the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are met
  • Provide full support to the Operations Director in achieving all the goals and objectives for the business
  • Taking an outward looking approach to other group companies and external markets
  • Ability to influence the development and sustainability of continuous improvement practices throughout the production site
  • Key player in engaging all levels of workforce in the journey to operational excellence
  • Team player: works as part of team to deliver results, sets high standards for self and influences by example
  • Promoting workplace organisation in each and every department throughout organisation
  • Effective communication at all levels
