About Our Client

This ever growing and incredibly successful high street bank are looking for a contact centre representative to join their revolution. They are currently looking for staff to join their call centre in Slough.

Job Description


  • To transform customers into lovers of this bank by offering high end service on the phone
  • Dealing with customer queries and always putting the customer first
  • To deliver an exceptional level of customer service every time a client calls
  • To listen to what the client needs and help them to your best ability
  • To work in this fast paced environment whilst still maintaining a high level of service
  • To build brilliant relationships with clients
  • To be able to deal with a variety of customer related tasks and admin tasks
  • To be lenient with working hours abiding to a shift pattern
  • To be passionate about providing incredible service

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following to join this bank as a contact centre representative role at their branch in Slough.

Candidate must-

  • Turn customers into fans by delivering amazing service on the phone and always putting the customer first
  • Do a variety of customer related tasks and administration with top notch accuracy

And we are looking for someone who is able to do all of these wonderful things…

  • Deliver excellent customer service over the phone for every customer every time
  • Be a great listener, and want to find the best resolution for our customers on every call
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the forefront of everything we do
  • Have brilliant communication and relationship building skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work a variety of shift patterns as Metro Bank are open seven days a week!
  • Be passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service

What's on Offer

All £18k roles plus:

Discretionary bonus (performance related - usually around 10%)

Pension 7% (2% employee contribution and 5% Metro Bank contribution)
