About Our Client

Our client is a well-known financial services organisation looking for a Customer Services Executive to join an established team

Job Description

As Customer Services Executive your duties will include:

  • Managing high volume of calls from Financial Advisors, Clients and Third Parties
  • Owning relationships with IFAs
  • Ensuring TCF policies are adherred to
  • Meeting all FCA regulations
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Ensuring all technical questions are correctly referred

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role with a financial services environment
  • Have excellent IT skills

A professional qualification is highly desirable (CFP, IOC etc)
