About Our Client

Our client, a reputable Financial Services organisation are looking for a Client administrator to join their expanding team.

Job Description

Duties of the Client Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with members of the team and clients
  • Support clients through new business processes
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate filing and operating systems
  • Investigate referral opportunities to maximise business potential

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates for the role of Client Administrator are likely to demonstrate the following:-

  • Sales Support experience within a Financial Services
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • GCSE Level (A-C) Maths or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel
  • Willing to study for the CII Certificate in Financial Administration

The role of Client Administrator would be ideal for candidates who possess previous experience working in a Sales environment within Financial Services (eg Wealth Management / Insurance/ Protection / Mortgages) who want to work in a great team environment and would like to gain a wider knowledge of Wealth Management/Investment products.

Candidates with experience of personal pensions, ISA's, general investment accounts and on-shore bonds would be of particular interest.
