About Our Client

Our client is a national service provider and they are currently looking for a Cleaning Area Supervisor on a commercial/retail contract

Job Description

The Cleaning Area Supervisor for Plymouth and surrounding areas will have the following duties;

  • To undertake the day to day management of the cleaning team in a dedicated area, covering both commercial and retail properties.
  • To manage all PPM activity
  • To ensure all reactive work orders are completed in a timely manner
  • To identify opportunities for additional reactive works
  • To carry out inspections as necessary and at an agreed frequency
  • To ensure that all operatives comply with client protocols for the handling of alarm keys

  • To support and deliver as required any Absorbed Extra Service Requests (AESR).
  • To ensure that all risk assessments are kept up to date.
  • To investigate any complaints from customers regarding service and to support implementation of recovery plans and any remedial works
  • To maintain site packs and all relevant documentation.
  • To provide cover cleans as necessary
  • Any other associated duties that may be requested from time to time.
