About Our Client

The client are a large organisation based in Trowbridge.

Job Description

Within this role your main duties would include:

- Designing and implementing all change activities within the Business Unit.

- Ensuring all activities are aligned to the wider business programme.

- Organize and conduct impact analysis

- Create updates and organise distribution of comms updates to project teams

- Support OD in the preparation of training plans

- Organise and facilitate workshops for new teams

- Review change management activities to ensure all programmes are on track

- Create change management handover pack for new teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:

- The ability to analyse processes and identify similarities and differences across BUs.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the business

- Able to engage across group consultations and take the lead when necessary

- Able to influence and engage stakeholders to deliver shared goals

- Experience working within a busy and ever-changing environment

- High level Excel and Power Point skills with the ability to learn new programmes/applications easily
