Multichannel Financial Controller

Cash Clerk Team Members






40 Hours

Role Overview :

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for multi channel cash process and reconciliation. Managing missing parcel process and ensuring timely reimbursements from couriers.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analysing, investigating and reporting cash variances
  • Working with central cash team on cash adjustments
  • Reconciling different payment methods as we rollout to different territories
  • Managing process of missing declaration forms and liaising with other departments
  • Responsible for courier reimbursements and the ability to challenge their decisions
  • Daily/Weekly reporting
  • Management and development of 3 team members
  • Ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed for the Cash Operations Manager:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Good attention to detail, with a great level of numeracy
  • Computer literate
  • Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Positive, flexible, enthusiastic and driven
