Job Description

  • Management of the Cash Allocation team
  • 121's, setting KPI's & targets
  • Allocating payments and remittances to debtors ledger
  • Management of daily receipts and bank statements, uploading onto the Finance system
  • Posting cash related journals and reconciling 'payments on account' cash
  • Recording, requesting and processing client refunds
  • Deal with queries and provide information to teams, departments and suppliers
  • Recording and posting cheque and cash payments
  • Liaising with colleagues to manage over/under payments
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of Month End reporting and the cash allocation function

The Successful Applicant

  • Previously wokred within a Shared Service accounts admin role, or similar
  • Previously balanced high volume and varied workload within SLAs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
