Job Description

The role will include administration duties such as answering the phone, filing, faxing, emailing, sorting the post and minute taking. Not only will you be doing this, you'll get the opportunity to work in the customer care department where you'll be processing sale orders and dealing and investigating customer queries. There may be some PA duties you'll get the chance to get involved in such as booking travel and accommodation, investigating invoices, building relationships with suppliers and dealing with the bank.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administration duties, excellent communication skills, be highly organised, have a professional telephone manner and a positive attitude.
