About Our Client
The role for an Assistant Facilities Manager will be working for one of the leading UK FM companies, who are expanding and are looking to add to their growing team!
The company are based in London, and have a presence UK wide.
The main duties of this role include:
- Health and Safety compliance checks in the building and with staff
- Operational Planning
- Customer management and ensuring every day communications are maintained
- Supplier management and keeping track of all deliveries
- Provide service reports
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should have a strong customer focus and have strong IT skills. An understanding of a facilities management position and able to maintain good working relationships. Exposure working for an FM company would be beneficial, but not essential. An IOSH qualificaiton is required for this role.

A full time contract working as an Assistant Facilities Manager in the construction and property sector based in London on an attractive salary with benefits.
The role will be paying up to £30k per annum, including a competitive holiday and benefits package.
