Job Description

As Assistant Office Manager your duties will include:

  • Greet and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Resolve administrative problems and enquiries
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Produce meeting minutes
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Dealing with Panel updates and cascading information
  • Producing Terms of Engagement and send to clients
  • Assist Office Manager when required
  • Manage Office team members when Office Manager is absent

Provide support for Senior Management and Admin Team when required

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Have previously line-managed people
  • Have strong systems skills
