The company is an expanding facilities management and property consultancy firm, based in London. The company has its roots as a traditional estates agency but has expanded to cover more disciplines.

Job Description

As the assistant FM for the site you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the FM
  • Logging any hard or soft services issues
  • Liaising with tenants
  • Identifying and coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in facilities management or property services.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in building management / health and safety.
