Job Description

  • Supervising and coordinating suppliers including catering, vending, cleaning, security and M&E. Providing consistent services across the business.
  • Ensure the office environment meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation. Assist with the development of an overall H&S plan.
  • Space planning and coordinating office moves to support business development and growth, using AutoCAD where necessary.
  • Resolving help desk requests in a timely manner.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
  • Providing cover to the front desk as required.
  • Develop processes and procedures across Facilities in line with business requirements.
  • Oversee a range of projects associated with Facilities and Real Estate as the business grows.

The Successful Applicant

Essential experience:

  • Healthy and Safety qualified. (Iosh/Nebosh)
  • Experience managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Experience of DSE assessments
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
