About Our Client

A client based in North West London require a Assistant Building Surveyor to assist with the delivery of the planned works programmes for domestic property.

Job Description

As a Assistant Building Surveyor you will be involved with the following:

  • Dealing with complex instructions for both landlords and tenants
  • have a broad spread of building surveying experience including running projects of up to £2-3 million Ensure site operations and construction works comply with the contract documentation
  • apply and utilise current legislation knowledge and ensure works are deliverer to specification
  • Work as part of a team to deliver on planned works
  • Site inspections
  • Maintain records
  • Health and safety checks
  • Prepare schedules
  • Manage financial information

The Successful Applicant

Junior Building Surveyor:

  • You will be MRICS qualified
  • You may be degree educated with a Building Surveying
    BSc (Hons) or equivalent
  • Sector experience: Building surveying for Housing or Residential
  • Public Sector/ Local government experience would be beneficial
  • 2 years working experience as an assistant surveyor
  • Assisted with Planned Work Programmes for domestic properties
  • UK Driving License
