6 month contract in an International Company!
About Our Client
This international, household brand company are looking to take on a new person to join the existing accountancy team as an Assistant Accountant.
The Liverpool office has grown massively in the last couple of years globally and on the back of this there has been some movement/ promotions within the accounts team. This role has been created specifically to support the new Finance Manager with the month end accounts.
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for:
- Assisting with month end close down
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepayments/ Accruals
- Creating sales invoices
- Journals for month end
- Raising PO numbers
- Inputting purchase invoices
- Forecasting revenue.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Accountant will be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum contract of 6 months.
Must be from a similar background as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running.
