About Our Client

Job Description

  • To work with property management financial analysts, accountants and regional financial controllers
  • Preparing monthly management accounts
  • Preparing and posting journals
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts regularly, and investigating and resolving variances
  • Provide various support across the SSC R2R function
  • Providing financial information as required - e.g. GL account analysis for audit/compliance purposes
  • Assisting with ad-hoc accountancy duties when required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping and accounts preparation
  • ERP system experience (preferably JDE & HFM)
  • Professional service background preferred
  • Strong all-rounder required for this diverse role
  • Excellent Excel skills required - pivots, look-ups etc
  • Experience of operating in a business facing capacity
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with finance and non-finance alike

This is a temporary contract likely to last a minimum of 4 months
