My growing UK client provides building plastics to the industry selling into plastic stockists, wholesalers, building merchants, end users, etc...

My client has seen a 30% growth last year and is looking to do the same this year and are already on track by hitting and exceeding their set monthly targets.

Job Description

This Area Sales Manager role will focus on managing your own portfolio of new and existing accounts accounts, with the focus to increase sales to meet set targets.

The role Will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Sell company products into industry stockists, wholesalers and builders merchants
  • Meet with client face to face and build up portfolio
  • Target and win new business and meet set sales targets
  • Maintain and develop current clients
  • Manage your own diary and sales pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following demonstrable skills:

  • Have a strong proved fields sales track record
  • Have the ability to win new business
  • Confident working independently and on own initiative
  • Have a good attitude towards work and show a deal of resilience
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

What's on Offer

Basic salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 with realist bonus of £8,000 - £10,000 on top. This package also includes a company car.
