Job Description

Key duties:

  • Provide typing and word processing for confidential material
  • Act as first point of contact for all incoming telephone enquiries and visitors
  • Input data onto databases; RiO and IAS.
  • Maintain filing system
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Cover reception on ad hoc basis

The Successful Applicant

Candidates will:

  • Be extremely proficient with IT, and have the ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have previous administration experience
  • Hold empathy towards patients and colleagues alike

Previous experience of Rio and IAS would be highly advantageous.

What's on Offer
