Job Description

As an Administrator you will assist the department in daily queries both face to face, over the phone and via email. You will support in the bookings of rooms and arranging meetings and coordinating.

Other duties will include but are not limited to; filing, scanning, photo copying, answering the phone, ensuring all records are kept up to date accordingly, distributing paperwork to relevant departments, typing letters and sending them off, dealing with the post.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked in a previous similar role
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have a background within public sector
  • Be highly organised and professional
