Job Description

As an Administrator, you will be covering a Maternity and a highly relied upon first point of Contact for the online payment system.

The role will require you to; answer email queries regarding the online payment system, to answer phone queries from parents regarding the online payment system as above, to register online payments and support the regional teams on customer queries.

You will be a communication point between customers and the business on their queries, problems and solutions from within the client. You will have other duties as and when required.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to manage time and projects effectively
  • Be able to work along with teams
  • Have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software, specifically Excel

  • Have extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
