About Our Client

Our client, is looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Duties of the Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • filing
  • faxing
  • photocopying
  • preparation of bundles
  • opening and closing files on computer databases
  • contacting clients by telephone

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of an Administrator will possess:-

  • confidence in liaising with senior colleagues regarding requests
  • excellent attention to detail

  • accuracy and efficiency

  • good standard of education including 5 GCSEs/O Level at Grade C or above (to include English and Mathematics)

  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage

  • strong administration experience, ideally within a legal setting. However, full training will be provided
