About Our Client

Our client are looking for an immediately available Administrator to join their team on a temporary 9 month basis to cover a period of maternity leave

Job Description

Duties of the Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Responsible for the processing of new orders
  • Ensuring all inbound calls are answered in accordance to company service level agreements
  • Raise purchase orders using SAP
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Creation of bespoke purchase schedules.
  • General administrative tasks in support of the business.
  • Understanding and promoting the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines.
  • To ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations that may govern the business and complete all regulatory knowledge training where applicable in a timely fashion.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage own workloads and demonstrate a flexible approach
  • PC literate - Word and Excel
